All of our Managed Servers also includes a personal Dedicated
Support Technician. Your Dedicated Support Technician is personally
assigned to your account. He is familiar with your service, your IT
staff and your applications. Your Dedicated Support Technician is
always on call and available to help with scripting issues. Best of
all if you ever have a change within your IT department, your
Dedicated Support Technician can help bring your new IT staff member
up-to-date on the status and configuration of your server resulting
in a minimal amount of a ramp-up period for you.
Additionally, with a managed server we are responsible for all of
your hardware.
